Ginger Tea
Springtime has arrived in many countries, except here, in Devon where it's still cold and windy and too cloudy to be true. This is the perfect drink for those, who like me, are not only in the cold, but have a cold. Wheter the ginger, wheter the weather, the cold has gone after drinking it. Give it a try!
Ingredients: 2 cm fresh ginger, 1 tsp brown sugar, 250ml water
Bring the water to a boil. Add greated ginger and let it stand for 3 minutes. Add sugar and drink when it's still very warm. If you don't like how ginger tastes, filter the tea before drinking it

Mmmm tea, I don't know about putting shit in it I'm usually something of a purist but I may give it a go, fecking cold won't shift. (Btw wheter should be whether,)
Are you going to translate the Thai stuff? I've got some green and red thai paste from someone I know who went to Thailand and I fancy trying somethings out.
BTW do you mind if I callously steal some of your buttons (oo-er, I mean that in the nicest possible way you understand!) the tea obsessed and wine expert ones I rather fancy, I would also as a result put the Fiordizucca one on my blog in homage.
Oh and I'm going to have to sort out my Italian, I quite fancy the idea of moving to Bologna in 2020!

The tea sounds lovely. Glad you are feeling better! I wonder if it will work for seasonal allergies. ;-)
